Are the prices of the online and offline shop the same?
Online and offline store prices are the same, except for special online promotions with an extra discount or for discontinued items.
Is the chosen product as I see it in the picture?
Yes. The goal of the individual shots is to make the customer perceive the details. The only exception could occur only for some products/weaves worked with a variation of + or - 10% which represents a value and uniqueness of the fabric.
If an item is not available?

How can I find and purchase a particular item?
Products are classified into different categories (Bed, Bath, Table, Living Room, etc.) and each category into different subcategories. After choosing the relevant category and product, select the color, size and quantity(s) (by clicking on them). Place it in your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" From here you can start your order by clicking "Proceed to Checkout" or "Continue Shopping" to return to shopping and add more products to your cart.

Payment
How can I make my purchases?
Purchases can be made through the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Paypal, My Bank, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery or Scalapay.
If I choose bank transfer as payment method, how does it work?
Delivery of the goods is expected within 48-72 working hours from receipt of payment (except for the islands which may undergo variations).
Is it possible to invoice for my company?
Yes, just enter the VAT number and the SDI when ordering.
Is it possible that my credit card is declined?
The data to be entered to complete the order and make the payment must match those on the card. A simple inaccuracy could render the operation void, therefore we invite you to pay attention when filling in the requested data. If the card has expired or has exceeded the credit limit, you can contact your bank for information or useful advice.
Is it possible to request Tax Free?
No, Tax Free can be requested for products purchased in the store and transported by themselves.
Is it safe to buy on the La Casa Italiana online shop?
Yes. Everything was structured according to safety criteria to protect the customer.

Where can I receive my order?
The order can be sent to the chosen address (home, office, etc.) or to a La Casa Italiana store.
If I choose the collect at the store option, how does it work?
If you decide to pick up your order at the store, we will notify you of the arrival of the goods via email (within 10 working days of order confirmation). For collection it will be necessary to show the email or order number with the relative identification document of the person who collects it.
What types of shipping can I choose?
On the website ;lacasaitaliana.com you can choose two types of shipments:
- shipping to your home - free in Italy from 89 euros of groceries
- pick up at your nearest store - free shipping
How much do I have to pay as shipping costs?
The amount of the shipping costs is 8€ for orders under 89€ or free at the nearest store (Shipments made only in Italy)
What are the delivery times?
Estimated times are:
- 48-72 hours, except for islands which may vary,
- within 10 working days from the order confirmation for orders with collection at the point of sale.
Orders placed before 11.00 on working days are processed on the same day they are received; for orders received after 11.00, the shipment will take place the following day.
Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the first following working day.
Is it possible to check the order status?
Yes, you can check the status of your order by going to My Account and clicking on “My Orders” from the side menu.
On this page you will find a table with a list of all the orders placed and in the STATUS column it is possible to see the latest update of the order. Furthermore, upon change of status (to be paid-> paid-> shipped) the user will receive an order status update email.

What type of shipping can I choose?
In this case, you will need to follow the following steps:
access your reserved area by filling in "new return request" to monitor all the steps that will follow

Users not registered on the site
In this case, you will need to follow the following steps:
send an email to info@lciretail.it with the subject "Return order n°............."
insert the downloaded return request form in the returned package highlighting the details.
Costs returned
Returns will be free of charge only if they have anomalies or factory defects, and refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the item, after passing quality checks. Once you have filled out the appropriate form (in case of registered users), you will receive by e-mail all the instructions for pickup at the indicated address. In case the return is due for change of mind, the cost will be borne by the customer.
The item must not be washed and must be regularly folded and sent in its original undamaged packaging, otherwise the latter will be deducted.
Return to the return center
In case you decide to use shipping at the return center, you will need to fill out the form on the site and pack the products with a copy of the document/order number + form, to the following address: Interporto di Nola Lotto H - Block F - Form 1, 80035 NOLA (Na) Italy (click here to download the address for printing).
Timing
The return can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Refunds
Said refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
Please note that depending on the payment method, the timing regarding the crediting of the amount may be different. (PayPal: the amount will be available in your PayPal account within 48 hours after the entry of the refund; Bank transfer: the credit will be accounted for within 3 business days depending on the banking circuit; Credit/debit card, your bank may take up to 30 days to credit the amount).

Returns Perfumes and various accessories
These items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
Products not covered by the right of withdrawal
In the event of the following anomalies, the right of withdrawal cannot be used:
- signs of even partial use of the product
- product washing
- products with a different serial number from those invoiced by lacasaitaliana.com
- absence of integral elements of the product
- lack of original packaging and guarantee seals
- product damage

The La Casa Italiana website is optimized for viewing in Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 49.0 or higher, Google Chrome 54.0 or higher and Safari 9 or higher. Javascript support is required for the use of some sections. Check in your PC browser preferences that this feature is enabled.
I have problems with the display, do I need to set a screen resolution?
